At Altezza Game Shop, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to love every purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within this period.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and inserts included.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., personal care items, undergarments, or custom-made products) may not be returnable.
Return Process

2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
